Hello and welcome to another episode of the Stress Mastery Podcast. This week our topic is “Leveling Up” and today’s Meeting of the Minds we are discussing Up-Leveling Our Actions. To change we must understand how change works within the human being. We are wired for stasis in body and mind which means we are designed to come back to a point of equilibrium in the body and the programs held in the subconscious mind. To up-level our actions we must step outside our comfort zone and take action to what we want. To accomplish this our AIM-FOCUS must be set properly to create BEHAVIOR toward the change we desire.
