This week our topic is Ability and today’s Health Huddles we are discussing Enhancing Ability through Routine. Every single thing you do through a day in your life is based on a routine. As human beings our behavior is driven 95% of the time from the subconscious mind. This means it is automatic and built in a routine. If the routine is negative you have bad habits and the reality shows through those habits. Change the routine consciously and you consciously change your reality.
