This week our topic is Unity and today’s Health Huddles we are
discussing Cognitive Bias and how this affects your health.
There are Five Elements to Optimal Health. 1- Sleep, 2-Water,
3-Green Focus Mind, 4-Diet, and 5-Exercise. The GF Mind comes
before diet and exercise for the simple fact that the body
supports the mind. If you are stuck in a stressed mind which
is caused by cognitive bias then you are stuck in a stressed body.
No
diet in the world can fix this.
