Our AIM sets our physiology, it is the state your body is in that moment. Our AIM sets our FOCUS, if the AIM is negative our FOCUS is in Fear. Our BEHAVIOR is driven from the FOCUS, if this is in Fear our BEHAVIOR is reactive. In this episode we are talking on leveling up our AIM so we are in a positive physiology, setting FOCUS in Growth and our BEHAVIOR in Responsive. The secret of all personal growth that lasts is the AIM.
